- ½ Texas Rio Star Grapefruit, sectioned
- 2/3 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons grapefruit zest
Directions
Combine all ingredients, and beat until smooth and of a spreading consistency. Refrigerate until ready to use. Spread over your favorite bagel, English muffin, toast, etc.
