Rio Star Grapefruit & Vodka Cooler

Makes 6 servings
  • 5 Texas Rio Star Grapefruit, juiced
  • 1 small lemon, juiced
  • 2/3 cup vodka
  • 1 ¼ cups sparkling mineral water, chilled
  • Plenty of ice cubes
Directions

Mix grapefruit juice, lemon juice, vodka, & ice cubes in a large serving pitcher. Stir in mineral water and serve in wine glasses.
