Makes about 10 servings

1/2 Texas Rio Star Grapefruit, sectioned
2/3 cup pecans, finely chopped
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons grapefruit zest

Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth and of a spreading consistency. Refrigerate until ready to use. Spread over your favorite bagel, English muffin, toast, etc.

Quick Tip: for an easy party dip, only beat ingredients to a thicker consistency, and place in refrigerator to thicken. Then serve with graham cracker sticks.
